Pacrim Energy Limited is concentrating exploration efforts on the 100% owned Redcliffe Gold Project located near Leonora, Western Australia.

Operational Highlights:

• Total Redcliffe Gold Project resource estimate increased to 198,000 ounces of gold;
• A 25% increase in the Golden Terrace South resource estimate to 90,500 ounces of gold, up from the previous estimate of 68,000 ounces;
• Mineralisation at Golden Terrace South remains open at depth with further target areas identified;
• Aside from the Redcliffe Gold Project’s estimated resources, an “Exploration Target Scoping Evaluation” that was carried out in the December 2010 Quarter over part of the Kelly Prospect illustrated a number of cut-off grade scenarios of targets that ranged up to 236,000 ounces of gold.
